Bu siyasət Google Play-də Malikoglu tərtibatçı hesabı ilə dərc olunan Honours Student mobil tətbiqinə aiddir. Tətbiq Honours Academy tələbələri üçün hazırlanıb: dərs cədvəli, davamiyyət, dərs öncəsi quizlər, qiymətləndirmə və tələbə–müəllim yazışması. Tətbiq əvvəllər HonoursX adı ilə tanınırdı.
Hansı məlumatlar toplanır
- Hesab: ad, soyad, FİN, telefon nömrəsi, e-poçt ünvanı, parol (yalnız şifrələnmiş — hash — formada saxlanılır) və girişdə istifadə olunan birdəfəlik təsdiq kodları.
- Tədris: qrup, dərs cədvəli, davamiyyət (turniketdə QR ilə giriş və çıxış vaxtı, online dərsə qoşulma və çıxma vaxtı), dərs öncəsi quiz cavabları, dərs qiymətləndirmələri, ballar və reytinq.
- Yazışmalar: tətbiqdəki söhbətlərdə göndərdiyiniz mətn, şəkil və fayllar.
- Şəkil və fayllar: yalnız özünüz seçəndə — kamera ilə çəkdiyiniz və ya qalereyadan seçdiyiniz şəkil, cihazdan seçdiyiniz fayl. Tətbiq qalereyanızı öz-özünə oxumur.
- Cihaz: push bildiriş tokeni, cihazın növü (Android və ya iOS) və adı.
Tətbiq məkan (location), kontaktlar və mikrofon məlumatlarına giriş istəmir və reklam identifikatorundan istifadə etmir.

- Dərslərin, davamiyyətin və balların hesablanması və sizə göstərilməsi
- Dərs, quiz, qiymətləndirmə və mesaj bildirişlərinin göndərilməsi
- Tələbə, müəllim və akademiya rəhbərliyi arasında yazışma
- Hesabın təhlükəsizliyi və dəstək müraciətlərinin cavablandırılması
Məlumatlar satılmır və reklam üçün istifadə edilmir.
Məlumatlar kimlə paylaşılır
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — bildirişləri cihazınıza çatdırmaq üçün (yalnız push token və bildirişin mətni).
- Zoom — online dərslər Zoom üzərindən keçirilir; dərsə qoşulanda Zoom-un öz məxfilik siyasəti tətbiq olunur.
- Qrup yoldaşları reytinqdə yalnız ilk üç yerin adını və balını görür; sizin balınızı yalnız siz, müəllimləriniz və akademiya rəhbərliyi görür.
- Qanunun tələb etdiyi hallarda səlahiyyətli dövlət orqanları.
Saxlanma və qorunma
- Tətbiqlə server arasında bütün məlumatlar HTTPS ilə şifrələnərək ötürülür.
- Giriş tokeni cihazda şifrəli yaddaşda saxlanılır.
- Məlumatlar hesab aktiv olduğu müddətdə saxlanılır. Hesabın silinməsi müraciətindən sonra 30 gün ərzində silinir; müqavilə və mühasibat sənədləri qanunun tələb etdiyi müddət saxlanılır.

Uşaqlar

Privacy policy

This policy covers the Honours Student mobile app, published on Google Play by the developer account Malikoglu. The app is built for Honours Academy students: lesson schedule, attendance, pre-lesson quizzes, lesson evaluations and messaging with teachers. It was previously known as HonoursX.
Data we collect
- Account: first and last name, national ID number (FIN), phone number, e-mail address, password (stored only as a hash) and one-time sign-in codes.
- Learning: group, lesson schedule, attendance (turnstile QR entry and exit times, online lesson join and leave times), quiz answers, lesson evaluations, points and ranking.
- Messages: text, photos and files you send in in-app chats.
- Photos and files: only when you choose them — a photo you take with the camera or pick from the gallery, or a file you pick from the device. The app does not read your gallery on its own.
- Device: push notification token, device type (Android or iOS) and device name.
The app does not request location, contacts or microphone data and does not use the advertising ID.
How we use it
- To run lessons, calculate attendance and points, and show them to you
- To send lesson, quiz, evaluation and message notifications
- To let students, teachers and academy staff message each other
- To keep accounts secure and answer support requests
Data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver notifications to your device (push token and notification text only).
- Zoom — online lessons run on Zoom; Zoom's own privacy policy applies when you join.
- Classmates see only the names and points of the top three in the group ranking; your own points are visible only to you, your teachers and academy staff.
- Competent authorities, where the law requires it.
Storage and security
- All data between the app and the server is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
- The sign-in token is kept in encrypted storage on the device.
- Data is kept while the account is active. After a deletion request it is deleted within 30 days; contracts and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.

Children
The app is not intended for children. Students under 18 use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
