Hesabın silinməsi müqavilənin ləğvi ilə bağlı olduğu üçün müraciət şəxsən təsdiqlənməlidir:
- Şəxsən: Honours Academy ofisinə gəlib müraciət edin. Şəxsiyyət sənədi tələb olunur, mövcud müqavilə ləğv edilir.
- E-mail ilə: info@honours.academy ünvanına yazın. Müraciətdə ad, soyad və FİN-i qeyd edin. Sonrakı addımlar üçün sizinlə əlaqə saxlanılacaq.
- Telefonla: +994 50 241 94 94 — müraciətin qaydası barədə məlumat almaq üçün.
Müraciət qeydə alındıqdan sonra hesab 30 gün ərzində silinir. Bu müddətdə fikrinizi dəyişsəniz, eyni ünvana yazaraq müraciəti geri götürə bilərsiniz.
Hansı məlumatlar silinir
- Hesaba giriş məlumatları (FİN, parol)
- Profil şəkli və tətbiqdəki əlaqə məlumatları
- Söhbət (chat) mesajları və bildirişlər
- Bildiriş üçün qeydə alınmış cihazlar və push tokenləri
Hansı məlumatlar saxlanılır
- Bağlanmış müqavilələr, ödəniş və mühasibat sənədləri — qanunvericiliyin tələb etdiyi müddət ərzində
- Akademik qeydlər (davamiyyət, tapşırıq və imtahan nəticələri, sertifikatlar) — verilmiş sənədin həqiqiliyini təsdiqləmək üçün
Bu qeydlər hesabla əlaqədən ayrılır və tətbiqdə heç kimə göstərilmir.

Who can request deletion
- Honours Academy students who sign in to the Honours Student app or the student cabinet with their national ID number
How to request
Deleting an account also terminates the related contract, so the request must be confirmed in person:
- In person: visit the Honours Academy office. An identity document is required and the existing contract is terminated.
- By e-mail: write to info@honours.academy. Please state your full name and national ID number. We will contact you with the next steps.
- By phone: +994 50 241 94 94 — for guidance on how to submit the request.
Once the request is registered, the account is deleted within 30 days. You may withdraw the request during that period by writing to the same address.
Data that is deleted
- Sign-in credentials (national ID number, password)
- Profile photo and contact details in the app
- Chat messages and notifications
- Registered devices and push notification tokens
Data that is retained
- Signed contracts, payment and accounting records — for the period required by law
- Academic records (attendance, homework and exam results, certificates) — so that issued documents can be verified
These records are detached from the account and are not shown to anyone in the app.
